Star-Walk Entertainment pioneered the one stop company picnic here in the Ozarks way back in 1991. The concept was simple, pull together not just our awesome inflatables, but offering entertainers, catering, and proving tents, tables, chairs and other related services all from one reliable vendor!
This concept was unheard of and was quickly embraced by busy corporate executives from all over the Ozarks, saving them time and money and providing a company picnic that would have taken potentially 4 to 5 different companies to accomplish. Our idea was not only imitated is was copied by ex-employees claiming they bought us out just to gain the upper hand.
We are consummate professionals and innovators who not only take pride in offering high quality equipment but we invent, manufacture and provide the industry with unique item. Products such as our ultra safe Soft-Dunk tank and the ever popular Waterballoon Battle both of which have been featured in “Inflatable News Magazine” and has debuted at the IAAPA and American Rental trade shows which feature new trends in corporate entertainment. Planning and booking a company picnic with Star-Walk Entertainment Party Rental is extremely easy.
To provide you with a picnic proposal, all we need to start with are 2 things:
1.Approximately how many attendees you have had at your picnic in the past or if you have never had a picnic, we can offer a suggested attendee count based on your number of employees?
2.Where are you planning to hold your event? Note: The closer you hold your event to your company site, the better your attendance will be. (We have done events and picnics at company sites, local parks and even at indoor facilities)
Based on this information, we will suggest a customized picnic proposal covering every detail such as entertainment, food & beverage, interactive games, staffing requirements, tents and event services. With Star-Walk Entertainment Party Rentals, you can benefit from over 20 years of experience. We have the knowledge to help plan for things such as; how large a tent do you need, how many tables and chairs, what is the best mix of entertainment and equipment for the number of guests and what activities are appropriate to cover all ages and personalities. Once you have reviewed our proposal, we can make adjustments based on your requests. We would be happy to offer a presentation and discuss your event in person.
When it comes to catering you can choose from “Southern Style” Barbecue, grilled on site home style hamburgers and hotdogs, chicken or any combination. We can include desserts such as brownies and cookies as well as concessions with things such as sno-cones, cotton candy etc.
Prime dates fill up fast. Some customers plan their events 4 to 6 months in advance and some even up to a year in advance. We can sometimes be booked solid from June through September so we ask you call as early as possible. We require a 30% deposit to reserve your picnic date and hold equipment.
We can also help in the promotion of your picnic to employees as it is important to ensure a successful event. We can include full-color promotional posters that are customized for your event. If your budget permits we can provide professional and courteous staff to assist your guests’ with all activities, games, and food service. You may wish to work with your own “volunteers” from organizations such as church, college, high school or scouting or other local social clubs in your area.
